Refund policy

At ASΛEL, each release is created with intention, whether through limited preorders or standard drops.

 

PREORDERS

Items purchased during a preorder are produced specifically for that release.

For this reason, all preorder sales are final once the order is placed.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays outside our control.

If your preorder item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

asaelmadebygod@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

STANDARD DROPS (IN-STOCK ITEMS)

For items purchased from a standard drop (not preorder):

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  •  Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
  • normal wear and tear

Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • ASΛEL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
