SHIPPING POLICY
ASΛEL operates through limited releases, offered as either preorders or standard in-stock drops.
PREORDERS
Items purchased during a preorder are produced specifically for that release.
Estimated shipping timeframes will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Production begins once the preorder window closes.
Once your preorder has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that preorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistical factors. ASΛEL is not responsible for delays outside our control.
STANDARD DROPS (IN-STOCK ITEMS)
Items purchased from a standard drop are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
- ASΛEL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address details
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
